Fighting Fit

Fighting fit is a fun physical and mental cardio class designed to push each individuals to accomplish their goals. The class is constantly modifying but focuses on your personal push to peak your fitness performance. This class will push you and keep you moving with a never ending sweat. It’s addictive!

Lean & Sexy Hard Bodies

Lean & Sexy Hard Bodies are for those of you looking to lose weight and tone and sculpt your body. If you want to obtain a lean, sexy, and hard physique you have to train with weights and train with multi-joint, compound movements like the squat and deadlift. Join this group personal training session in a supportive, small group setting of 4-8 members designed to maximize your results. Enjoy personalized coaching and the shared purpose and camaraderie of the class environment simultaneously.

Shape Up Slim Down

This type of training is done using light weights or body weight resistance along with high repetition moves. The training sessions are done at a higher heart rate by using major muscle groups increase metabolism, build muscles, and burn fat.  There is no pounding or strain on joints and bones. Injury prevention is so important at all stages of life. This training will build muscle, strengthen tendons, and ligaments so that you can stay strong and mobile as you age. This type of training is beneficial to every age group for injury prevention. The more muscle mass you have, the more calories you burn, the smaller and tighter you are.
